MUSTANG Räucherbox Smokerbox Edelstahl poliert 22,5 x 9 x 4cm

Die Mustang Räucherbox besteht aus zwei Teilen: Räucherschale und Deckel, sie ist aus poliertem Edelstahl und für Gas- sowie Holzkohlegrills verwendbar.

Bestens geeignet für Holzchips, Holzpellets oder Räuchermehl.

Bedienung: Eine Hand voll Holzchips in die Box geben und den Deckel schließen.

Beim Holzgrill, mit Hilfe von Handschuhen die Box in die glühenden Kohlen stellen und den Grillrost auflegen.

Beim Gasgrill muss die Räucherbox direkt über einem Brenner auf dem Grillrost gestellt werden.

Sobald der Rauch aus der Box steigt, das rohe oder marinierte Fleisch auf den Grillrost legen. Deckel des Grills geschlossen halten und erst zum Ende der Garzeit wieder öffnen.
